Before going independent I worked inside a major Australian plumbing supplies distributor in Bunbury, WA. That's where I saw it firsthand — thousands of mismatched order codes, hours of manual lookup every single day. I built the tool that fixes it. That became Right On Technologies Pty Ltd.
